Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is our top gear.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Full Face helmets (once the protective film is removed)
  • Base Layers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Heated gear with signs of use
  • Gifts that have been opened or used
  • Any item showing wear, damage, or missing original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact Our Rider Support within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack Securely – Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship Back – Use the provided return label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  5. Inspect & Process – We’ll inspect upon receipt and process within 3 business days

Return Shipping Options

Choose your preferred method:

  • Standard Return: Use the carrier of your choice (recommend tracking/insurance)
  • Exchange Shipping: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the return process above and:

  1. Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the new item
  2. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  3. You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking for your new gear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
